Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the program. Main job roles included – recruiting coordinator, organizing team travel, fall and spring scheduling, maintaining compliance logs and fully understanding those regulations. March 2006 – June 2007.

Dallas Texans Soccer Club. Midland, TX. Director of Coaching. Responsible for starting and running a division of The Dallas Texans Soccer Club. Responsible for overseeing numerous staff coaches, implementing coaching styles, scheduling games, tournaments, and practices. Responsible for instituting youth academies to work with U-7 – U-10 children. January 2003 – February 2006.

Furman University, Greenville, SC. Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the program. Coordinate travel and all financial arrangements, including submitting and organizing all budgets in the program. Responsible for coordination of the recruiting process from the original identification and official visits to actual signing and allocation of scholarships. Responsible for organizing fund raising efforts through golf tournaments and sponsorships. Partially responsible for scheduling. Spring 2000 – August 2002.

Partnership to focus on coaching and player development at America’s #1 - ranked youth club


Top US soccer club Dallas Texans have teamed up with Manchester United to offer players the chance of a lifetime – to train with Manchester United at its world class Carrington training centre. The players will be accompanied by Dallas Texans coaches who will share the latest coaching techniques.

In addition, coaches from Manchester United will travel to Dallas to help identify players and offer their advice and expertise in the youth team’s coaching sessions.   Brian McClair, Director of the Manchester United Academy said, “This is a great opportunity for the Dallas Texans.
