The Dallas Texans, in recognizing the importance of effectively communicating with its membership, has prepared a human resource information form. All parents of players in the Dallas Texans Soccer Club will be asked to fill out this form upon joining the Club.   

All submitted information is confidential and will only be used by the Dallas Texans in its best effort to provide clubwide communication of important news and events.
