DTRP offers an unparalleled training opportunity for serious, committed athletes by preparing them with a full range of skills needed to become an exceptional player and perform dynamically.  Our training is based on the belief that successful programs come down to two main criteria: Coaching and Training Protocols.  DTRP offers the best of both. We offer highly structured, disciplined and deliberate practices that integrate physical, mental and tactical training while continuing to develop and expand a strong fundamental skill base.

DTRP offers players a combined 700 hours of on and off-field training per year. All players will train Monday – Friday for up to 4 hours a day to maximize development, with Friday being a half-day.  We provide on and off-field soccer training systems based on proven sport science principles, combined with a competition schedule to ensure maximum development.


The DTRP offers its players outstanding professional and highly-principled soccer coaches. Our full-time, dedicated staff is comprised of coaches with loads of experience playing and coaching. Our staff delivers world-class training that fosters the growth of each athlete and motivates them to be their very best.  We will pass on to them our tremendous knowledge and experience.


In 2007, the Dallas Texans built the state-of-the-art Ross Stewart Soccer Complex. This facility has 6 full-size, lighted soccer fields which are kept in top condition and reserved for Texans players only. In addition to the fields, the on-site Embrey Family Training Center offers a top-notch workout and locker room facility combined with an indoor soccer field. Finally, the clubhouse offers rooms for video analysis, meetings and classroom training.
