Dallas Texans U-18 Academy Earns 3rd Place at Academy Finals and Completes Undefeated Season

Congratulations to our U-16 and U-18 Academy teams for capping a successful year with a strong showing at the 2011 Development Academy Finals week in Milwaukee, WI. The Dallas Texans U-18 Academy completed a remarkable undefeated season, the first in the history of the Academy, and finished in third place at Finals Week by scoring a dramatic stoppage time goal and defeating CASL Chelsea FC Academy in a penalty shootout. The late comeback ended the U-18 Texans season with a 16-0-13 overall record. The U-16 Academy played CASL Chelsea FC Academy in their placement match, earning 7th place by defeating them 3-1. The Dallas Texans would like to congratulate all of our graduating seniors from the U-18 Academy for their amazing accomplishment, thank them for everything they have done for the club and wish them the best going forward.
