Permission to travel for all teams outside of NTSSA

U9 & U10 Academy Teams
The Fall Festival is sanctioned as a closed tournament which means Academy Team players must be registered through U.S. Youth Soccer Association to play in this tournament. Below please find the academy team tournament roster that you will need and medical release forms for each player. You will need this roster and medical releases at check in.

U9 - Academy teams will play 9 v 9
U10 Academy teams will play 11 v 11
Any U.S. Youth Soccer registered U9 - U10 Academy player may appear on the tournament roster.

Medical Release Forms
NTSSA teams must have notarized medical release forms.
Traveling teams outside of NTSSA do not have to have notarized medical release forms if their state association does not require them to be notarized.
